Xiluodu Hydropower Station is a national backbone project of "West-to-East Power Transmission", located on the Jinsha River at the junction of Sichuan and Yunnan. The project mainly focuses on power generation, and also has comprehensive benefits such as flood control, sand containment and improvement of upstream shipping conditions, and can provide cascade compensation for downstream power stations. The power station mainly supplies power to East China and Central China, taking into account the power needs of Sichuan and Yunnan provinces. It is one of the nearest backbone power sources for the "West-to-East Power Transmission" on the Jinsha River, and it is also the largest hydropower station on the Jinsha River.
Sobo's product SR5000 is widely used in this project for the detection and recording of the temperature distribution of the concrete internal structure.
